The CCELL KERA is a full ceramic 510-thread cartridge built for operators and brands where purity of flavor and safety of materials are the defining product criteria. KERA is a cartridge for all cannabis oil types where flavor purity and chemical cleanliness are the priority. Ideal for premium solventless and live resin brands.

KERA is constructed from two materials: borosilicate glass for the outer reservoir body, and zirconia ceramic for the center post and snap-fit mouthpiece. Zirconia ceramic is an advanced technical material with a low coefficient of thermal expansion and natural anti-corrosion properties, meaning it does not react chemically with cannabis oil during heating, and it does not expand or contract in ways that could compromise the cartridge seal over time. In practical terms, this is the cleanest possible oil-contact zone in a 510 cartridge: no metals, no standard plastic, only glass and ceramic touching the oil at every point in the product lifecycle.

KERA delivers 20% larger vapor clouds compared to competing products, with a measured average of 5.4mg of TPM (Total Particulate Matter) per puff. Flavor quality is genuinely improved by the ceramic-to-oil contact: without metallic interference in the heating zone, terpene profiles come through more clearly, which is especially important for solventless extracts and live concentrates where strain expression is a key product value.

Filling and Capping

One of KERA’s most practical advantages for users is its capping efficiency. The second-generation snap-fit ceramic mouthpiece design requires 60% less capping force than Gen 1 cartridges, reduced from 250 lbf to 100 lbf, which means faster batch capping, less press wear, and lower risk of mouthpiece damage during sealing. Mouthpieces ship preloaded on trays of 50 units. After filling, immediately insert and seat the mouthpiece until fully snapped. Cartridges should rest for at least 30 minutes before testing or shipping.

⚠️ This cartridge uses a snap-fit ceramic mouthpiece. A press machine (e.g. CCELL Arbor Press) and the correct KERA fixture are required for proper batch capping. Manual capping is not recommended.

For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle into the reservoir and fill to the 0.5ml or 1ml level. Cap within 1 minute for standard viscosity oils. KERA is compatible with all oil types and viscosity ranges applicable to standard 510-thread cartridges.
