The CCELL TH2-EVOMAX is CCELL’s highest-performance 510-thread glass cartridge, the flagship of the EVOMAX generation and the recommended hardware for operators who need total oil compatibility without compromise. Available through Simply Green Trade, CCELL’s official master distributor for Europe, the TH2-EVOMAX is part of the CCELL Excellence range engineered for the most demanding cannabis oil formulations, including live rosin and liquid diamonds up to 2,000,000 cP.

The TH2-EVOMAX is built on CCELL’s most advanced ceramic heating platform, operating at 1.7Ω resistance with four 2mm apertures that are scientifically structured to prevent clogging and leaking even with the thickest and most challenging concentrates. The heating element walls and pores maintain a continuous equilibrium between oil supply and vaporization, so the cartridge performs without interruption from the first draw to the last drop. The borosilicate glass body and medical-grade stainless steel center post complete a hardware package that is chemically stable, corrosion-resistant, and compliant with industry safety standards.

Key performance advantages of the EVOMAX platform include verified compatibility with all cannabis extract types distillate, live resin, high-terpene extract (HTE), live rosin, and liquid diamonds, and true-to-strain flavor delivery through improved terpene vaporization. The 1.7Ω resistance profile is specifically calibrated for high-viscosity oils, ensuring even and efficient heat transfer without overheating fragile terpene compounds.

Filling and Capping

For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle (≤Ø1.6mm) alongside the center post. For high-viscosity oils (100,000–2,000,000 cP), fill at up to 55°C and cap within 3 minutes. For medium-viscosity oils (3,000–100,000 cP), fill at 32–55°C and cap within 1 minute.

⚠️ This cartridge uses a snap-fit mouthpiece. A press machine (e.g. CCELL Arbor Press) and the correct TH2/EVOMAX fixture are required for proper batch capping. Manual capping is not recommended.

Mouthpieces are snap-fit, preloaded on the tray, and packaged with 50 units per tray. A gap of 0.3–0.6mm after capping confirms a correct seal. Capped cartridges should rest for a minimum of 30 minutes before use.
