The defining feature of the VITA is its postless reservoir design. Traditional 510-thread cartridges contain a center post running through the middle of the tank which operators must fill around, and which can restrict oil flow in high-viscosity applications. The VITA removes this post entirely, creating a fully open, clear cylindrical tank. For filling operators, this means the needle can be inserted directly into the center of the reservoir without navigating around any obstruction, reducing fill time, simplifying training, and lowering the risk of filling errors. For end consumers, the absence of the center post creates a panoramic view through the oil, which is a premium visual signal in retail-facing products.

At the technology level, VITA runs two of CCELL’s most advanced features. The first is 3D Stomata™ Ceramic, a proprietary heating element structure with a Golden Aperture matrix that creates unidirectional oil flow, preventing both clogging and leakage. The second is Nexus Film™, a technology that reduces peak atomization temperature by 30% compared to standard ceramic heating, delivering more even heat across the element and preserving terpene profiles through a lower-temperature vaporization process. For brands filling with terpene-rich extracts, live resins, or premium rosin, this combination means the extract’s natural character is preserved from the tank to the final draw.

Filling and Capping

⚠️ This cartridge uses a snap-fit mouthpiece. A press machine (e.g. CCELL Arbor Press) and the correct VITA fixture are required for proper batch capping. Manual capping is not recommended.

The BPA-Free PA (Polyamide) housing is durable and chemically inert. The snap-fit mouthpiece system uses approximately 300N of capping force, and mouthpieces are preloaded on foam trays of 50 units. For filling, insert a blunt-tip needle (≤Ø1.6mm, minimum 6mm depth) directly into the open center of the reservoir. For standard and medium-viscosity oils (3,000–100,000 cP), fill at 32–55°C and cap within 1 minute. For thin oils under 3,000 cP, room temperature filling with a 30-second cap window is appropriate.
